Whether you come to Winchester Bay for the salmon fishing, crabbing or RV’ing, look for the “Shucking Oysters Today” sign near the Salmon Harbor Management Office and visit our retail shop in our processing center on Ork Rock Road. In addition to purchasing your favorite-sized oyster - shucked or in the shell - you can watch our video on how we grow our long-line oysters and see our shuckers and inspectors at work through the large viewing window. You can also pick up a variety of sauces and condiments to embellish your gourmet oyster feast.
